How we keep your answers private
No contact details
The audit asks for your school’s name and city so the report can name your school. It never asks for your email, phone number or any way to contact you.
Saved on your device first
While you answer, your progress is stored only in this browser. Nothing is sent until you generate the report.
Private by link
Your report opens only with its full private link. We store a one-way fingerprint of its key, not the key itself, so the key can’t be read back from our records. Search engines are told not to index reports.
Deleted automatically
A report is kept for a limited time so you can return to it, then removed. You can delete it yourself at any time, straight away.
Not sold, not shared
Your answers are not sold or used for advertising, and they are not shared with other schools.
AI commentary is off
Whether an AI writes commentary is stated on every report. It never decides a score or a finding.

Questions
Before you start.
No. The audit needs no login, and it never asks for your email, phone number or any other way to contact you. Contact details are only asked for if you choose to request a OneSkool walkthrough afterwards.
A principal, vice principal, academic head, administrator or owner: someone who knows how the school really runs. If you are unsure about a point, choose “Not sure” rather than guessing. You can also ask a colleague and come back, because your answers are saved on this device.
By fixed rules that anyone can reproduce: each answer maps to a level from 0 to 4, each area is a weighted average of its answers, and severity comes from how much a problem matters and how far the answer is from consistent practice. An AI does not decide any score, and the method is written out in the report.
Only where the service has it switched on, and only to write a short commentary in plain language on findings that were already worked out. It cannot add a finding, change a score or recommend a product. The report always says whether commentary was written by an AI, and it is complete without it.
They are saved on this device while you work. When you generate the report they are sent to the service and stored so the report can open again. Only someone with your private link can open it, and you can delete it at any time. It is also removed automatically after the retention period shown on this page.
It is built not to. Every finding comes with a process change that works without any software. OneSkool is mapped only where it does the job today, with its limits listed beside it, and where it does not help the report says so.
Yes. Copy the private link, or save the report as a PDF. Anyone with the link can read it, so share it only with people you trust. You can delete it whenever you like.
Close the tab and come back on the same device and browser. The audit offers to continue from where you were. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the saved answers.
